by requesting to commission me, purchasing a design from me, or using my art, you confirm that you have read and agree to my entire tos, as well as any information included in my commission pricing.
my prices are in USD. i take payment upfront via paypal invoice or cashapp. no refunds/exchanges.
i try to work on my queue in order of who ordered & paid first. this isn't a set rule; i may complete simpler requests first. i am always happy to give an update on progress if you reach out to me.
design edits are fine (as long as proper credit is given to me), and you may draw over the original art. feel free to make alternate designs, human(oid) forms, anthro forms, etc. (if there are major edits or alt. forms, please store the original design.)
trading/gifting designs is always allowed.
reselling is permitted if the design was purchased for currency (money, virtual currency) and/or has additional paid art attached. in other words, please only resell for the sum amount of money you (current owner) have spent on it. art trades, personal art, gift art, or personal redesigns don't add $ value.
fan art is fine to use (icons, rp, etc.) with visible credit.
personal use of commissions is perfectly allowed!
taking inspiration from my ocs/art is awesome! please credit me where appropriate.
i reserve the right to decline any request that i do not wish to draw for any reason. in particular, please do not contact me with the intent to draw harmful or bigoted content.
please discuss with me beforehand if you want to commission me or use my art for commercial purposes.
do not use my art for anything associated with AI, NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc. in particular, do not use my art to train AI image generators or as NFTs.
